The big day may have come and gone, but keep in touch as we’re always up to something new and exciting.
Our 3rd Annual Battle on the Bayou Gumbo and Chili Cook-off is where over 20 teams compete. Competition is Louisiana-laid back but intense featuring each team’s take on chicken and sausage gumbo, seafood gumbo, and traditional Texas chili. From the melodious flavors to the friendly rivalry, this Battle on the Bayou brings the heat in this ultimate showdown.
