Community Partners and Beneficiaries: Battle for the Paddle Foundation (women veterans) and Operation Honor Our Local Veterans Now (multi-focused)

Our 2nd Annual Battle on the Bayou Gumbo and Chili Cook-off is where over 20 teams compete. Competition is Louisiana-laid back but intense featuring each team’s take on chicken and sausage gumbo, seafood gumbo, and traditional Texas chili. From the melodious flavors to the friendly rivalry, this Battle on the Bayou brings the heat in this ultimate showdown.
